IGES has provided investigative, design and construction monitoring services on more than 1000 resort, hotel and entertainment projects throughout the Intermountain West. Investigative services focus on geotechnical site investigations, laboratory testing and development of traditional comprehensive geotechnical project reports. Additionally, IGES provides design services for many of these projects including the development of underpinning of adjacent structures, retaining wall system designs and pavement designs.

IGES can perform a variety of construction services to support both the project Owners as well as project Contractors.
