    IGES has provided investigative, design and construction monitoring services on more than 500 commercial and residential projects throughout the Intermountain West. Projects include single family homes, residential developments, retail and wholesale buildings as well as large scale shopping centers.

  • ENERGY / MINERAL / INDUSTRIAL

    IGES has provided investigative, design and construction monitoring services on more than 1500 energy, mineral and industrial projects throughout the Intermountain West. Our projects have included various facilities including pipelines, powerlines, oil refineries, mining and mineral extraction projects, solar power, oil shale, and other heavy industrial facilities.

  • RESORT / LODGING / HOSPITALITY

    IGES has provided investigative, design and construction monitoring services on more than 1000 resort, hotel and entertainment projects throughout the Intermountain West. Some projects include multistory hotels, time share condos, ski resort development, and other lodging facilities.

  • TRANSPORTATION

    IGES has provided geotechnical design services to support hundreds of transportation related projects. Our road projects range from small collector roads through State roads to Interstate Highways. Our transportation experience includes both airports and rail transportation.

  • WASTE MANAGEMENT FACILITIES

    IGES has provided geotechnical and geoenvironmental design services to support the development of C&D landfills, subtitle D landfills, RCRA, and Superfund related facilities. Our projects also include liquid waste facilities as well as tailings dams.

  • WATER SUPPLY / WASTEWATER FACILITIES

    IGES has provided geotechnical investigations and designs for hundreds of water and wastewater related facilities in the Intermountain West. Our water supply projects have included water lines, water tanks, canals, and reservoirs. Wastewater projects range from simple septic systems through wastewater plant upgrades to new wastewater plants.
